Hi, 

 

After trying multiple recommendations in places like this thread, I still can't get my brightness keys to work on this laptop. 

 

Does anyone have any other thoughts? What info can I provide to help?

Hi:

 

If the graphics driver is installed, have you tried the HP Hotkey Support driver from your notebook's support page?

Thanks for the quick reply.

 

Unfortunately that driver didn't solve it either. According to windows update and to the device manager I'm already on the latest video drivers.

You're very welcome.

 

There is only one other software package that I know of that might work.

 

You can get it from the Microsoft Store.
