This is a laptop that i bought. So i do not know how to fix it..
Any solution?

Have you installed all available windows updates using the HP Support Assistant? (if not, please do as it should resolve such issues)
That said, Did you check your user guide for details on identifying the right key for your product? (If not, Click here to access the same, look under Page.12 Chapter 2 Getting to know your computer:

If the hotkey doesn't work, refer to this related post to resolve the issue: Click here for steps (same steps will work for windows 10 as well)

and still everything works, every button instead of F2-F3 for Brightness ..

I recommend you install the HP system event utility form the below link and check if it resolves the issue.

If you continue facing the issue, then update the BIOS from the below link.
https://support.hp.com/in-en/drivers
