Product: HP ENVY Laptop - 13-ba0002na

Hi,

 

I have experienced the exact same issue as these users (and multiple others on this forum) but my laptop is the HP Envy ba0002na:

When closing the screen after use, there was a loud crack as the hinges snapped and the screen then cracked. My laptop is out of warranty however the number of people experiencing the same issue shows this is a design flaw. I would like support with how to get my laptop repaired or how to escalate a complaint please.
