I have a broken HP pavilion convertible x360 14" laptop and I need to contact HP about it. I have taken it to repair and I was told that it was fixable, but with a modification. This modification included a separate keyboard like the ones found on desktops. I have the SSD that they took off the laptop. The damage to the laptop is severe. The bottom right of the screen is cracked and broken. It's slowly disconnecting from the front cover. The front cover hinge on the right is also disconnecting front the main base of the laptop and it has scratches near the right side of the keyboard. Any information regarding computer repair would be greatly appreciated. I don't not know the OS system as I have not turned on the laptop in a year.
