HP ENVY 15T
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My envy 15t screen broke. So I m unable to use my laptop as it is a touch screen and due to crack screen it's registering ghost touches every where.

I stay in india. HP service people are saying that the screen is not available. So I m planning to use tha laptop on a mounting using a hdmi screen. But I m unable to do so due to ghost touch problem.

Is there any way I can completely bypass the screen  and get direct output on a external moniy via hdmi

@Mlovesu

I reviewed your post and I understand that the display is cracked, and you want to use the computer with an external monitor.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

You can go ahead and disable the touchscreen in the device manager (Just right click on the touchscreen driver and select disable), and this should take care of the ghost touches issue.

Or else, you can select the second screen only option in the display settings when you connect the external display.

I hope that answers your question and you have a great day!
