Dear HP Customer service

I am incredibly disappointed to report that my HP Envy left hinge has broken, in exactly the same manner as others have said.  It has not been misused in any way.  The screen is now cracked around the left hinge and is weakened.  My husband and I bought the same laptop each in 2022 and the hinge on his laptop broke about a month after mine.  So we now have 2 broken HP Envy laptops.  They cost us such a lot of money and we expected an HP product to last for many more years.  I see that this is a common problem.

Please advise us on what you can do to remedy these issues with our two laptops.
