Product: HP ENVY - 17m-bw0013dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a 17m-bw0013dx Envy 17 inch laptop. The left hinge broke and cracked the screen when I tried to open it. I see this is a common issue with HP laptops, but when I try to get customer support, I cannot get through their system. Can anyone suggest how I can get through to HP to get help?
