Hi, my laptop screen is broken and only shows random colors and keeps flashing. How can I find an authorized hp repair shop? I've found a couple of them in Milan area using the assistance point search tool on the website but neither answer to mail or phone. How can I open a support ticket in order to have the screen replaced even if the  warranty is ended?
