I have bought a laptop from HP which is not under warranty now. Unfortunately, its screen has broke. Can someone tell whether is it possible to get it repaired by calling an agent in our place or do we have to take the laptop to the service center only as its warranty is expired?

@Raghav1997 Welcome to HP Community!
I understand that the screen is broken.
In that case, I would suggest you contact our phone support and check for the support option. They will help you.
Or you can contact the local service center for repair.
Here is how you can get in touch with phone support.
1)Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/
2)Select the product type.
3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
4)Select the country from the drop-down.
5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
We are experiencing longer than expected wait times to reach an agent due to the CoViD-19 impact and there might have been issues in you getting the expected resolution on the issue.

I have tried to use your virtual agent a several times so as to get a contact number for the concerned person but every time after submitting the details it checks the warranty and as it is expired it redirects me to support home page. Please provide me a contact number on which I can call and tell the issue to a concerned person. I know the warranty of the product is over and for that I am willing to pay the replacement price but first I want to know the pay structure as to how much will it cost and all and this will be done only after I will connect someone over a phone call. Please provide me a helpline number.
