Broken touchscreen

Hello,

The touchscreen is cracked and does not work. The screen to view everything is working fine and undamaged, just unable to use the touch features.

What am I looking for to get this replaced? I am unable to find the exact device screen or is it just called something else?

I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue. This sounds like hardware related issue with the broken touch screen and in order to fix this issue,  your computer needs to be serviced.  As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now.
