I have a newish laptop and am having issues with Web Meetings (wireless network). This is on ALL web meetings whether using Zoom or Webex.
I do not have issues with my older Dell or Apple Macbook Air laptops on this wireless network. There are no issues with video playback of downloaded webex meetings. It is also fine with Youtube/Netflix streaming. It just seems to be specific to web meeting streaming. I've updated the client web meeting software to latest versions.
Below are my machine details - please help as I am trying to use this for distance education and miss much of the content as it breaks up every 30 seconds or so. Thank you!

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are facing issues with the web meetings.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check if it helps.
https://support.hp.com/in-en/drivers
If you continue facing the issue, then make sure all the Windows updates are installed and test.
Here is how it is done.
- Select the Start (Windows) button from the bottom-left corner.
- Go to settings (gear icon).
- Select the Update and Security icon.
- Choose Windows Update tab in the sidebar (Circular arrows)
- Select Check for updates. If there is an available update, it will begin downloading automatically.
Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
