Hi,
I bought the laptop last year and after 3 months the built-in camera stopped working.
I reached out to Microsoft support, they took remote of my system and guided me to troubleshoot. But none of the solution worked. The official HP website does not contain the driver.
The Microsoft support team gave me case number [Personal Information Removed] and asked me to reach out to HP support team to request the drivers.
One thing I want to mention is that Device Manager is showing "USB Camera" even though there is no external camera.
I have tried every solution,
- Reset the camera
- Check privacy
- Uninstall the driver and installing again
- Update the windows.
Please assist.
