Product 4M143UA, Serial [personal info removed]. So! My camera hasn't worked since I got this computer from a friend of my mom's. I had it for about three months before I ever tried to use the camera. It originally said that another app was using the camera, and I spent four hours troubleshooting with Windows support before finally he said I should contact HP, but I'm out of warranty and can't afford to get actual tech support. The Windows people did a whole bunch of stuff, reset the OS, and a million other things. Now the camera says it's not enabled, and when I click the enable button, nothing happens.
I would really really appreciate some help, I need to use my camera for my college classes.
