Product: HP Spectre x360 16 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 16-f0000 RCTO Base Model

Webcams 

My camera button located right next to f12, is lit up orange and will not allow me to change that status (the camera won't turn on and the orange light on the button won't turn off). I have every reason to believe that my camera still works, it just simply not letting me use it. Thanks in advance for all who help.
