Product: HP ProBook 635 Aero G7
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi

Built in privacy screen (Sure view) stopped working on my HP ProBook 635 Aero G7. When I press Fn-F2, there is SureView icon appear that privacy screen turned on, but in reality it doesn't. I can change the screen brightness, but privacy feature doesn't work.

 

I consider it stopped working after the very latest Windows updates installed automatically.

 

I checked via HP Assistant, all HP applications, drivers and BIOS are up to date.

 

What is the issue?
