PROBOOK 6560B
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I CAN NOT ADJUST THE DISPLAY BRIGHTNESS OF MY HP PROBOOK 6560B LAPTOP WITH INTEGRATED INTEL HD3000 GRAPHICS RUNNING ON WINDOWS 10 . DISPLAY DRIVERS ARE UP TO DATE (VERSION 9.17.10.4459) . WHEN I PRESS THE FN KEYS TO ADJUST THE BRIGHTNESS, THE SLIDER SHOWS UP BUT NOTHING CHANGES NO MATTER WHAT I DO. I CANT EVEN ADJUST THE BRIGHTNESS FROM BRIGHTNESS SLIDER PRESENT IN THE NOTIFICATION PANEL, THE SLIDER MOVES BUT DOESNT EFFECT THE BRIGHTNESS AT ALL.

CAN SOMEBODY HELP ME WITH THIS? I AM STUCK WITH MAX BRIGHTNESS ALL THE TIME.

Hello

you need a software called HotKeys but HP didn't kae it for Windows 10 for 6460b.

Try to use HotKeys for 6470b: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp71501-72000/sp71790.exe

bye
