This is my first attempt into HP forum's ..
Recently days i bought HP Elitebook 8460p from the nearest computer shop.. once i bought i open dxdiag and what is saw is Graphics installed in laptop is 'AMD HD 7400m' after some days passing and i installed win 7 ultimate 64bit when i install drivers through autodriver it tells me 'AMD HD 6490m' installed, then i found HP site and download AMD CONTROL DRIVER sp64287 and its install CATALAYST after recheck through GPU-Z OR DXDIAG it tells me 'AMD HD 6470M' .... so what is right?
MY PROBLEM IS I CAN'T GETTING THE RIGHT DRIVER OR ABOUT MY GPU. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME THE ANSWER..
hopefully you understand what i wanted to say.. sorry for my bad english because my national language is URDU...

Hi,
The one you installed
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp64001-64500/sp64287.exe
should be the right driver.
AMD Radeon HD 6470M with 1GB dedicated DDR3 video memory is the right GPU for your machine
