Product: HP ProBook 4330s Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Good morning. I would like to very much appreciate your help in solving my problem.
Equipment: HP ProBook 4330s
System: Windows 10 Pro (64-bit), version: 22H2
Problems:
1. the built-in camera does not work
2. mouse scroll wheel click function does not work (3-rd button)
I tried using HP's driver update tool and searching for driver incompatibilities. Unfortunately, without success.
Can you give me proven sources with information about possible solutions (or to drivers)?
Greetings
I solved the mouse problem. The issue of the built-in cam remains.
