I cannot find q-bu0xx anywhere, but try the latest ones here
HP Camera Drivers Feb 2018, Notebook 800 G3
HP driver dated 2020, Notebook 830 G5
There is a May 22, 2024 driver for Windows 11 24h2
It was for the 845 G7 notebook
To download click here
Let me know which one, if any of the above 3, worked. I also need the exact product ID of your laptop if they do not.

Possibly the one dated 2020 might be better but I am guessing. I looked here but did not find any camera or webcam drivers.
Were there any error messages during the install?
Does the device manager show any errors like yellow or red icons?
When was the last time the camera worked? Maybe you can roll the driver back to the correct one
Did you try rolling back the camera driver?
It could be the camera driver or the USB driver if the camera is connected to the USB. Many internal cameras are connected to the USB.
In the pictures below you would select the camera driver and then look for 'rollback'
|
If camera driver is the problem
|
If the problem is the wrong USB driver for the camera
|
If you cannot rollback the driver then try to find the best one or let windows try. One way is to just uninstall the camera and reboot as described in this official HP document..
The below post, unfortunately, is complicated but is useful if there there is no camera drivers at the HP website to download.

If the above does not help then let me know the device instance path like show in one of the above image.
