Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HI! I would just like to ask if anyone would be able to help me with this issue. I only came across my built-in camera not working this year and every time I open the camera app it gives me this prompt (check image attach). I have tried troubleshooting it but the camera driver cannot be seen nor the imaging devices is on the Control Panel.  Would there be other ways I can fix tis issue before I go back to where I bought for them to check?mmc_cRr5MLlqeG.pngApplicationFrameHost_YvFxMY9cMf.png
