Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Camera Privacy Key - When this key is lit up, does it mean that the camera is on or off?  I find that, regardless of whether  I toggle between light on/light off, I get alerts that the camera is on.

When the key is lit (amber) the camera is supposed to be off.
