When using ZOOM or Hangouts  I'm getting a message to say the 'camera can't be detected' and also microphone not working

Have done all updates and HP Diag but issue still not resolved.

 

Also seeing the following message wh

Currently, this hardware device is not connected to the computer. (Code 45)

To fix this problem, reconnect this hardware device to the computer.

 

Any ideas welcome?

I reviewed your post and I understand you are facing issues with the webcam on the computer.
