Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I got my laptop a little over a year ago and I have been having on and off issues with my camera. Sometimes it turns on and sometimes it doesn't. I just talked to Microsoft Quick Support and they did a bunch of things on my computer, and even reset the whole thing and my camera still does not work. I don't know what else to do and I cannot afford another laptop (that I need for school).
