Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I am facing an issue with the built-in camera of my HP Victus gaming laptop. The camera is not working despite completing all the recommended troubleshooting steps.

I have already tried the following:

BIOS diagnostics – Passed

Device Manager – Camera driver checked/updated

Camera-related applications – Removed/reinstalled

Windows – Reset

Windows Update – Updated

Drivers and BIOS – Updated to the latest version

HP hardware/software diagnostics – Hardware reported as good
