Product: HP EliteBook x360 1040 G8 Notebook PC (1H9W6AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I'm really in dire need of help right now. I've contacted Microsoft several times, but as it is, I'm just actually confirming that this is more of an HP problem. It wasn't even up to one year of getting this laptop, and the camera is already having issues. At that time, I had the project, so I couldn't format my system because that was the option that was being given. Now that I'm ready to format it and my warranty ended two months ago, I'm discovering that it's not even a formatting or resetting issue. Microsoft asked me to go to HP. The HP technicians that looked at it in my country the first time I took it to them said everything is okay. So I don't know what the problem is and I'm really stressed. My work is greatly affected by this. How can I solve this, please? Somebody should help me.
