Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, I am trying to access my camera on my laptop but it keeps saying camera not found. I checked the device manager and there doesn't appear to be an imaging device or anything for a camera listed under sound, video, gaming. I believe my laptop comes with a built in webcam but cannot figure out how to get it to work.

 

Model: HP Envy x360 - 15m-ds0011dx

 

I am not very tech savvy and would appreciate any help.
