Product: Hp ENVY360

Hello! I just started online college, and I have to do proctored exams from my laptop. It is a HP ENVY360, and has a built in camera. However, it doesn’t recognize that I have one... I remember reading somewhere that there is an actual physical on/off key for the camera. I don’t know if there is one on mine, but I really need help to be able to use my camera. Does anybody know what’s going on? Thank you so much for your time!

I reviewed your post and I understand that the webcam is not working on the computer.

What is the operating system you are using?
