Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The camera on my device is not found.  I do not have a privacy switch or F13 button on my computer.  I have checked the privacy settings in the software and all cameras are enabled.  Nevertheless, my camera cannot be found.  Bizarrely, every once in awhile it comes on and starts working briefly.  Then disappears again.
