Product: HP Chromebook 15.6 inch 15a-nb0000 (793Z0AV)
Operating System: Chrome OS

The camera light is on but the picture screen is black. If I take a picture, it’s black.  I’ve been on hold with HP service for 3 hours waiting for “the next available representative”.
