@subhra005, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

To fix camera issues on your computer, start by checking for driver updates. Go to Device Manager (press Win + X and select it), find your camera under Imaging Devices, right-click it, and choose "Update Driver." If an update is available, install it.

If that doesn’t help, you can uninstall the camera driver by right-clicking it in Device Manager, selecting "Uninstall Device," and then restarting your computer so Windows can reinstall the driver.

Also, make sure to close any apps that might be using the camera in the background, such as video conferencing software, to avoid conflicts.

Run a full system scan with antivirus software to check for malware. Lastly, test your camera with a different app like Skype or Zoom to see if the issue is specific to one app.

I hope these steps help resolve the issue

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
