Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Error message says, "We can not find your camera" and it's not in the Device Manager. My laptop didn't come with a mouse. As a result, I can't "right click". I have an HP 15" Intel Celeron 4 GB RAM, 128GB SSD and Windows 11. How do I get my camera to work?
