Hi @Rudraja,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP laptop webcam isn't working in any app, check camera privacy settings, restart your laptop, verify app permissions, update drivers, and ensure no other apps are using the camera.

 1. Update BIOS Restore:
               1) Shutdown the computer, keep the  charger plugged

               2) Hold down the Windows and B button together while the computer is still turned off.

               3) Turn on the computer and continue to hold the Windows and B button until a BIOS Recovery screen appears.

               4) Follow on-screen instructions and click on OK

2. Check Camera Privacy Settings:

  • Go to Settings > Privacy & security > Camera.
  • Ensure "Camera access" is turned on and that apps are allowed to access the camera.

3. Restart Your Laptop:

  • A simple restart can often resolve temporary issues with the camera.

4. Verify App Permissions:

  • Make sure the specific apps you're using have permission to access the camera.

5. Update Camera Drivers:

  • Right-click the Start button and select Device Manager.
  • Expand "Imaging devices", right-click your camera, and select "Update driver".

You can also try uninstalling and reinstalling the driver.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
