Product: HP ProBook 455 15.6 inch G10 Notebook PC (719F6AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Brand new out of the box Probook, the camera shows a black screen.  i've tried all the common fixes found on the web, which is ridiculous to have to do to a brand new laptop.

My laptop is still new. I tried to restart and all camera settings are on but still show black
