Camera

My camera is not working.  I have tried everything.  I do not have a camera button on my notebook but do have a lens at the top of my screen.  Device manager does not show a camera or webcam on the list.  if there is no camera on my laptop is settings, how do I get one?

The last BIOS update knocked out the camera for many people including myself. There is nothing you can do to get it back except call support and have to send in your computer (if under warranty) to them to fix it which may take 3 weeks. With work from home, it is hard to give up your computer so I haven’t been able to send mine in yet! Many people with the same problem!
