Can I add touchscreen to my non-touchscreen laptop?

Hello, I bought the HP ENVY about a year ago and chose the option with no touchscreen. Having used touchscreen more the past 4 years, I now realize I cannot live without it. I was wondering if there is an option to "upgrade" my laptop to a touchscreen version through buying the parts and paying for labor, or if there is a trade-in program. Ideally, if would cost significantly less than buying a whole new laptop altogether.
