So I've decided that I will get one of those "EXP GDC" external graphics card adapters, as I've seen videos of them working. Unfortunately, the description says that I need to use an external monitor if I use the adapter on an AMD computer. I have seen videos of switching from Intel HD Graphics to AMD Graphics, and maybe it is possible to use Intel HD Graphics drivers instead of the AMD drivers? With the Intel drivers, I would be able to use the internal screen.

No, you have to use AMD drivers? for AMD video cards.
Update: by the way, I don't know with the following specs

and you are planing to use eGPU, well, if you have money to burn, please go ahead and good luck.
Regards.

I'll see if I can install the Intel HD Graphics drivers, but I'll have to replace the hard drive first, which has been running slower than it should be lately. Fortunately, I found a hard drive from a Toshiba laptop that was over 10 years old.
