Can i get OpenGL3.3 on HP Spectre with Intel(R) UHD graphics 620?

Photo editing software update states i now need version opengl3.3

Is it possible to install with my setup? Seeing online answer is unlikely but hoping so. Dont want to have to update my laptop just for this if i dont have to.
