I used 100W but it did not charge. In theory the following dock should charge

The answer is yes. You can connect an external monitor to  its USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C port; 5 Gbps signaling rate (USB Power Delivery, DisplayPort™ 1.4, HP Sleep and Charge) port using USB-C monitor OR USB-C to DP cable.
