Hi,
I have bought a printer in the month of Nov 2022 with an additional warranty of additional 2 months. Recently my printer stopped working in the month of Sep 2024 and I have raised a complaint on 2nd Oct 2024. Till date, did not receive any information so far and they are saying resolve soon.
The actual issue is with image drum fault and they are unable to find the replacement part from last 5 weeks. The surprising thing is image drum shows in stock in the HP-store but these guys says it is a different department that cannot be provided.
My ask to the community is, is there any escalation matrix available for expediting the resolution of my request.
