Can't Update Graphic Driver

Hi,

So a few days ago, i tried to update my graphic device driver. i used amd official website and install the newest adrenalin 21.5.2 But after install my pointer got lag/freeze.

Then i saw on someone comment said that notebook pc should using older graphics driver.  I decide to rollback to the default version from Hp official (Catalyst) but then come another issue, every time i open apps like edge or task manager, it will hang for sec and turn into black screen.

So the temporary solution, i uninstall all amd graphic drivers (used DDU) and used Microsoft Basic Display but i can't control the brightness

Is there any solution so i can use Amd Graphic drivers? or better version Amd software for HP Notebook - 15-af109ax? Thank You for your help

Where did you get the driver ? From HP or from some where else ? You have yo use driver from HP. If problem please get roll back to the old one.

i have tried install from HP official software and driver website and tried to recovery used HP Recovery Manager but the result still the same got blank screen because it was same version 15.201.1101.0 (catalyst)

Hi Everyone!

If you use AMD A8-7410 APU with Radeon™ R5 Graphics like my Notebook HP Notebook - 15-af109ax or etc and your graphics drivers is old.

You may cannot update to the newest AMD drivers because it will make your mouse pointer lag and you may cannot to rollback to the default graphics drivers from HP official because make a blank/black screen.

You should try Radeon Software Crimson ReLive Edition 16.12.2

My Problem was solved after I install this version. it works properly for now.
