Hi there,

Appreciate if someone can help me out as I cant get 1 of my DELL monitor to display the screen.

I have connected 2 DELL monitors, 1 via HDMI cable and another 1 via VGA/USB adaptor. However, monitor which is connected to the VGA/HDMI adaptor didn't popup. The adaptor has both VGA & HDMI port. Tried to switch to VGA cable but still the issue persist. Tried to change to all USB port, still no luck.

Please help.

Its specs

              https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c06955072#AbT8

It has

(1) USB 3.1 Gen 2 Type-C port (Power delivery, DisplayPort 1.2)
(3) USB 3.1 Gen 1 port (1 charging; 1 powered port)
(1) HDMI 1.4b (cable sold separately)
(1) RJ-45/Ethernet port
(1) Headphone/microphone combo jack
(1) AC power input port

You can connect it to TWO external monitors

1. Using HDMI to HDMI port using HDMI cable

2. Using USB-C to DP using direct USB-C - DP cable such as

           https://www.officeworks.com.au/shop/officeworks/p/comsol-usb-c-to-displayport-8k-adapter-cocmdpf

You can also use option using dock using HP USB-C Gen 5 dock, you can connect up to 3 monitors and also use the dock to charge your machine (single cable).

Regards.
