Pavilion 15t-cs300

We just purchased this computer a week ago.  From everything we can tell the video card should support multiple monitors, however, we cannot get more than 1 monitor to display- and that's by plugging it in to the computer directly.  We have a docking station that we have 3 monitors plugged in to which connects to the computer via USB-C.  What is the problem?  I can't get anyone at HP to help me worth a da$% - they just want me to purchase SmartFriend...not doing that if I may end up returning this computer.  Can somebody help?

It is a CTO machine, I can't get its specs but my question is: are they compatible ? What is your docking station ? It should have following ports

  • AC Smart Pin adapter plug
  • Audio-out (headphone)/audio-in (microphone) combo jack
  • HDMI v2.0 supporting up to 1920 × 1080 @ 60Hz
  • RJ-45 (network) jack
  • USB 3.1 Type-A ports (2, right side)
  • USB Type-C port USB 3.1 Gen 1 (left side); supports data transfer
  • HDMI supporting up to 4096 × 2160 @ 60Hz (select products only)

And the USB-C port does NOT support video out therefore you won't have any monitor even with a dock

If you wish co connect 2 or more external monitors, you need a DisplayLink Certified hub/dock (USB-A). Please enter your requirement on the following link and it will find for you few options on market today including some HP products:
