HP Pavilion
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've read the threads on here regarding unable to connect to a Microsoft display adaptor. We have two less than a year old HP pavilion laptops that won't connect also! It displays like everyone else saying it's "trying to connect" then does nothing.  As with other users, I've deleted / updated devices / drivers on the graphics/ Wi-Fi adaptors/bands/ Bluetooth, even a bios update but still have the same issue and won't connect? This ONLY happens with HP Pavilion laptops.

Is there a cure for this or should I scrap these PC's and purchase a laptop that does work!  These are used in a school which must connect to our devices like any other laptop does.

Any other suggestions to fix this would be very gratefully received

Regards

RM

@RM231

You need to ask your school IT people and ask them how to set this up. We do not know the rules at your school therefore we can't help you.
