I upgraded to Windows 11 & got a new solid state drive installed & now my touch screen won't work, as well as my webcam which hasn't worked in a while. I attempted to download drivers (only Win 10 drivers available) from HP website. I started, or thought I did, the download but noticed no progress was happening then stumbled on the following error message: "HP Download & Install Assistant: Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click quit, the application will close immediately. This system could not find the file specified". I click continue but it never works.
What is the problem and how do I get it to continue and install the drivers? Thank you!!

Hello @TechGeek2018
You are using Windows 11 on [HP Notebook - 15-ay041wm (Touch)] that is not fully tested and certified by <HP>. If you contact HP support, it is very likely that you will have to downgrade to Windows 10. Either it is a technical problem or a driver problem.
Good luck
