Can't download the HP Pen Control

I can't download the HP Pen Control from the Microsoft store. It doesn't show up there If I search for it. But if I find the page through a link from a website somewhere, the "Get" or "Download" buttons don't show up. I have also tried using the winget install command, but it just returns that no such package exists. How and where can I download the Hp Pen Control or is there a replacement

The Pen in question appears to only be called "Hp Pen 1MR94AA#UUF"

And the Laptop I am trying to get it to work on is the "Hp Envy x360 Convertible"

I have now also seen that the Pen is supposed to work with Windows Ink, but the Pen displayed(in the Windows Ink settings Window) isn't the one I have.

Some options in the Windows Ink don't make sense with the Pen and changing them also doesn't change a thing.
