Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My office manager gave me a Pavilion x360 to use in my home office in place of a Surface tablet that was having connection issues with our VPN. I wanted a dock to connect the keyboard, mouse and external monitor and asked if she had any.  She gave me an unopened HP USB-C Dock (the brick type) that I took home. I followed the instructions for set up but nothing worked. I downloaded the drivers and other software to the laptop from the HP support website, restarted and still nothing. It is as though the dock is not connected to anything. The power light on the dock is steady. When I open Device Manager I can't find the Dock in the list of connected devices.

@WN55

There are thousands of models/products called Pavilions around. To be able to answer your question we need to know what is your Pavilion machine and what is the USB-C dock not simply a brick !

Regards.

Banhein, my apologies.  The box was devoid of information.  The brick says it is an HP Elite USB-C Docking Station Model TPA-B01.  Another number that may be a product or part number is P/N 841575-101.
