Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an Elitebook 830 for work and have a USB-C docking station at work. I wanted to use my dual monitors when working from home so I purchased another USB-C G4 docking station. I plugged in and everything works except the monitors. If I plug one in directly via HDMI it works fine but when I use the docking station nothing. I am using a VGA/Displayport adapter for one monitor and HDMI for the other one. I have verified I am on the correct input. I am using the same monitors for my home PC on different inputs (HDMI/HDMI). Looking for any tips to fix this or did I just get a bad docking station?
