HP Notebook 17-ca1015nm
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Here's the problem.

I bought the laptop new couple of days ago, I installed windows and then I went to install drivers.

So I went to HPs site and typed in my SN and it showed drivers, I downloaded HP Support Assistant and it began.

I downloaded most of the drivers and installed them normally, but some of them I couldn't get to install,

there would be some kind of error message like it is not supported with my version of windows or something like that.

I would then download older driver, also from Assistant, and it would work.

I tried to download graphics driver and the same thing happened, but when I install the older driver it comes to the end and then command prompt pop-up jumps out and crashes the Support Assistant too.

Then I tried to manually download them and install, but also nothing. Went on the site there were two versions one is not accepted, tried them both but nothing.

I also tried with third party driver finder tools, and they do find the card and the drivers they download them, install and tell me to reboot but when i reboot the same thing, no drivers.

I found somewhere on the web some drivers from microsoft and I downloaded them and tried to install them via device manager update driver and browse from my computer but again, nothing.

When I go to the device manager it sees the card as the AMD Radeon Vega 8 Graphics, when I click on properties

in the Device Status box it says:

This device cannot find enough free resources that it can use. (Code 12)

If you want to use this device, you will need to disable one of the other devices on this system.

I am out of options and I really don't know what to do next beacuse it is a new laptop,

it should be easy as 123 to set it up but here I am.

So, if anyone has any idea what it might be or what should I try, I would appreciate it.

I have gone through your post and I understand your concerns

Please ensure the Notebook has the latest BIOS.

Also download and run the AMD Auto Detect Tool.
