HP EliteBook 850 G8
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have HP EliteBook 850 G8 laptop. Connected to HP USB-C Dock G5 and connected two 4k monitors to dock using displayports.

The set-up was working fine and I was able to use both monitors at 4k resolution and 60Hz refresh rate.

Recently HP Support Assistant installed these updates - Firmware, graphics driver, Intel Chipset Management, Bluetooth, WiFi, Dock audio driver

After this update, I can only use 2560x1440 resolution on the both  monitors.

If I try to change resolution to 4K, refresh rate drops to 30Hz and monitor shows input not supported message.

How do I solve this?

Thanks,

Chintan

When I check the list of modes supported by the Display Adapter (Intel Iris Xe Graphics) it no longer show 4k @60Hz.

It only shows 4K @30Hz.
