Can the video card be replaced on my hp 17-by 3053cl laptop?

Your HP Laptop - 17-by3053cl (1G136UA), according to: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c06632887, and: https://partsurfer.hp.com/partsurfer?searchtext=1G136UA, is fitted with an HP p/n: L87451-601 motherboard, which is fitted with a non-removeable processor (i5-1035G1) which has integrated Intel UHD Graphics. I do not see a discrete graphics card addition/card. If your integrated graphics is defective, you would have to replace the entire motherboard.
